EXPERIENCE

Michelle has practiced law for the past 18 years since graduating from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1994. Michelle is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and Queensland and the High Court of Australia. 

Michelle is passionate about providing old fashioned service to clients and has a community conscience. Michelle volunteers for Cancer Council, is a Magic United Football Club Sponsor and also does pro bono work for Women in Refuge Crisis.
Michelle's wealth of knowledge of law expands over Family and De facto Law - including property settlements, children's issues, financial agreements, divorce and domestic violence - Child Protection matters, Conveyancing, Wills and Estates and Criminal Law. 

Michelle herself is a mother of three and understands the complexities of families. Michelle and her associate's diverse knowledge, of not only law but business, is indispensable in today's complex world where many people's issues are not resolved by focusing on one area of law, requiring instead the migration of various areas of law and business knowledge.

ROB MARTIN

EXPERIENCE

Rob is a well-respected solicitor in the Gold Coast community. He has a wealth of contacts in the region and the understanding and experience to provide excellent service in many areas of law.

Rob served in the Army in the Royal Australian Infantry Corps, both Regular and Reserve, for around 30 years before retiring with the rank of Major and commencing his legal career, His military service included a period of operational war service in South Vietnam during 1971.

He completed the Barrister's Admission Board Examination Course in 2004 and the Bar Practice Course in 2005. He was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in September 2005 and the High Court of Australia in October 2005. Rob is a Justice of the Peace (Qualified).

Rob has a wealth of experience in a range of areas including civil disputes, Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal ("QCAT") matters, family and de-facto law, wills and powers of attorney, criminal law, domestic violence proceedings and commercial law.

JUSTINE CIROCCO

EXPERIENCE

Justine Cirocco studied for a Bachelor of Science - Bachelor of Law at James Cook University in Townsville and was admitted to practice in 1995 .  After working in general practice for a number of years (wills and estates, crime, conveyancing, commercial law), she began practicing exclusively in family law and became Accredited as a Family Law specialist in 2003 Justine has undertaken training in the representation of children and mediation. 

Justine was the recipient of the Moncrieff Community Services Award for her service to the Gold Coast Community Legal Advice Centre in 2003.  Justine has been heavily involved in community activities including executive positions on school P&F committees, fundraising and school Chaplaincy.  Justine has qualifications in Youth Work, Tennis Australia Officiating and holds a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.  Justine is taking appointments in all family law matters, wills and estates. 

ANNA DOBOS

Anna is a reputable and sought after migration agent (MARN1067498), licensed immigration adviser (IAA Full Licence 201100817) and solicitor. She has extensive knowledge and experience in Australian and New Zealand Immigration Laws and finds her clients real, clever and effective solutions to complex problems, which the client feels are insurmountable, and successfully walks them through to the end of their migration matters.

In addition to her compassion and extremely goal-oriented attitude, Anna offers clients a strong legal voice and an organised approach to help them identify the current problems, as well as avoiding future issues. She has represented a variety of skilled, student, family and business visa clients, Australian and overseas businesses, and obtained consistently the best possible results for them.

Anna has completed her Doctor of Law and Political Sciences degree from the Peter Pazmany Catholic University and went on to earn her Australian law degree from the Charles Darwin University. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Curtin University and Graduate Certificates in Australian Immigration Law and Practice and New Zealand Immigration Advice.
